Privacy Policy

• Account info. Your email address and password (stored encrypted), and your plan and subscription status.
• Your searches. The categories, keywords, locations, and search radius you set so we can watch the right listings and send you the right alerts.
• Payment info. Handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (like the last four digits, card brand, and status) — never your full card number.
• Usage & device data. Basic technical data such as log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, used to run and improve it.
• Notification tokens. If you enable push alerts, the token needed to deliver them to your device.

The marketplace listings DealDad analyzes are public listings posted by third parties — that’s public data, not information you give us about yourself.

• run the Service — match listings to your searches and send you deal alerts;
• process your subscription, trial, and renewals;
• maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service;
• respond to your support requests;
• send account and service messages, and — only if you opt in — product updates;
• comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

We don’t sell your personal information.

We share data only with the vendors that help us run DealDad, under contract, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account data.
• Infrastructure & notification providers — to deliver alerts and keep the Service running.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a business transfer (like a merger or acquisition).

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand basic usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like staying logged in) may not work without them.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your data safe.

• access, update, or delete your account information from your settings or by emailing us;
• turn push notifications on or off at any time;
• cancel your subscription anytime from your account;
• request that we delete your account and associated personal data by emailing support@dealdad.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. Contact us and we’ll help.

DealDad isn’t for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child gave us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
